Bellmer GmbH, a leading international supplier of paper and board machinery, has successfully acquired Cellwood Machinery AB, which now works under the name Bellmer Cellwood.
After signing the agreement in mid-September 2025 and completing all required steps, Bellmer officially closed the deal at the end of October 2025. As a result, both companies can now work together more closely.

Bellmer Cellwood, with subsidiaries in Germany, Canada, and China, as well as sales and service teams in Vietnam and India, now works as part of the Bellmer Group. Meanwhile, the integration process is already happening. Also, the focus is on continuity, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
