WEPA has successfully closed the acquisition of a majority stake in MPH1865, strengthening its position in the French Away-from-Home market and expanding its WEPA Professional business. The company will operate under the name WEPA Professional France.
Together, WEPA and MPH1865 bring complementary strengths, local expertise and a shared commitment to sustainable hygiene solutions. Around 260 employees are joining the WEPA Group, and all five production sites in France will be retained and further developed.
MPH1865 will continue to be led by MIRIBEL Marc, who remains President of the company.
