The project, currently under construction in Brazil's Espírito Santo state, has been designed to include five specialized port terminals.
The acquisition would expand Attindas’ range of available solutions across the region by adding AMD's manufacturing capabilities.
The new lines will add a combined annual capacity of 56,000 tonnes to the group’s operations.
The transaction covers peristaltic hose pump and progressive cavity pump technologies, as well as related aftermarket spare parts and service offering capabilities.
