Eruslu Hygienic Products is preparing to add two Valmet Advantage DCT 200TS tissue lines at its Bursa site in Türkiye, with combined annual capacity of 140,000 tonnes.
The first line is scheduled to start up in 2027, followed by the second in 2028. The investment marks Eruslu’s entry into large-scale tissue production and will serve both the consumer and Away-from-Home (AfH) markets.
From hygiene products to an integrated tissue value chain
Eruslu already has a broad base in hygiene products, from baby and adult care to wet wipes and household products, with brands reaching more than 150 countries.
The tissue mill investment follows Eruslu’s earlier expansion into tissue converting. In February 2026, Futura and Plusline announced an order for six ANDROMEDA TISSUE converting lines for Eruslu, in a fully integrated “Jumbo to Pallet” configuration.
The new Bursa mill takes that expansion a step further upstream into tissue production. By combining large-scale tissue manufacturing with its established converting and hygiene products operations, Eruslu is moving toward a more integrated tissue value chain, with greater control over quality, capacity and future product development.
Both Valmet tissue machines are designed for 2,200 meters per minute, supported by automatic pulper feeding, rewinding, mill design and a broad automation scope.

The two Advantage DCT lines will be supported by the Valmet DNA Automation System and digital services designed to give operators a clear view of the process, support predictive maintenance and help maintain consistent production. Automatic bale handling will reduce manual work around fiber feeding and contribute to a safer working environment.
Valmet will support Eruslu throughout the development and start-up of the new tissue mill, from engineering and installation to operator training, commissioning and production start-up. Valmet specialists will work alongside the Eruslu team, combining tissue-process expertise with local project support and ongoing lifecycle services to help ensure a smooth ramp-up and reliable mill performance.
