DiloGroup has secured an order to deliver a complete nonwoven needling line for the manufacture of hygiene materials in the United States, underscoring continued demand for integrated nonwoven production systems in the North American hygiene sector.
Full-line scope from fiber opening to needling
The project covers the key process stages of a modern needlepunch line, from fiber preparation through web formation and mechanical consolidation.

Fiber opening & filtration: The line will be equipped with a TEMAFA fiber-opening and filtration system, designed to provide stable fiber preparation and efficient dust and particle management throughout production.

Carding & feeding: A card feeding and carding system from Dilo Spinnbau will provide consistent web preparation and throughput.

Crosslapping & needling: The installation includes Dilo crosslapping technology and high-performance needlelooms from DiloMachines, supported by the CV1 control and monitoring system.
According to DiloGroup, the configuration enables controlled fibre processing, stable web formation and high throughput, while maintaining uniform web quality and consistent production parameters — requirements that are particularly important for hygiene-grade materials.
The order further strengthens DiloGroup’s position in the U.S. hygiene sector and reflects the company’s ability to provide complete nonwoven production solutions, drawing on its long-standing expertise across fiber preparation, carding, web formation and needling.
